Product Description
Product Overview
The MXS03 pressure sensor is an oil‑filled OEM pressure‑sensing element that employs a stainless‑steel corrugated diaphragm for isolation. The measured pressure is transmitted through the isolating diaphragm and a filled silicone oil to a silicon piezoresistive chip mounted in a precision mechanical structure equipped with a Wheatstone bridge, enabling accurate conversion of the pressure signal into an analog output. A custom‑designed integrated circuit then performs temperature compensation and nonlinearity correction, delivering both pressure and temperature data. The sensing element is manufactured on an imported production line and undergoes automated computer‑based testing. Its mounting dimensions are compatible with commonly used international products, ensuring excellent interchangeability. This product is widely applicable for measuring the pressure of various fluids that are compatible with stainless steel and fluororubber. With its integrated structural and circuit design, it features a compact footprint, low power consumption, easy installation and operation, and high stability. Its RS‑485 digital output further expands its range of applications.
