Product Overview
The NHR‑T04 intelligent model interaction module interfaces with the PLC control system to acquire data on the upstream and downstream water levels as well as the gate opening degree, and employs embedded algorithms to calculate the flow rate at the sluice station. This intelligent model interaction module is designed for the digital transformation of sluice stations, enabling flow‑rate computation and, based on set flow targets, determining the appropriate gate opening.

Module Functions
● The intelligent model interaction module interfaces with the existing PLC-based automated control system of the gate station, acquiring real-time data on upstream and downstream water levels, gate opening positions, and sensor fault statuses that have already been collected by the PLC.
● The intelligent model interaction module processes the upstream water level, downstream water level, and gate opening sensor data to calculate the current real-time flow rate. It then timestamps the flow data and transmits it via the automated control system’s network interface to the management platform, providing data support for the model algorithms.
● If the communication network experiences an abnormality, the computed data is stored in the local flash memory and subsequently reported to the management platform once the network is restored.
● Based on model‑algorithm‑driven scheduling requirements, the intelligent model interaction module dynamically adjusts gate openings in real time according to upstream and downstream water levels, enabling precise flood‑discharge control.
