Product Description

Product Overview

The UV254 COD sensor employs an advanced deep‑ultraviolet UV LED cold light source, offering long service life and minimal drift. It utilizes a universally recognized, validated, high‑precision ultraviolet absorption method. No sample pretreatment is required; analysis is rapid, with no reagents or sampling equipment needed. The sensor features a self‑cleaning scraper and a 550 nm compensation light source, effectively mitigating the influence of turbidity and color on measurements. It also incorporates automatic temperature‑drift compensation, minimizing the impact of temperature variations on sensor readings. Up to seven calibration points are supported, meeting diverse application requirements.

Product Features

An internationally recognized, validated, high-precision UV absorbance method. Dual optical paths at 254 nm and 550 nm effectively eliminate the effects of turbidity and color. 0.

• The ultraviolet absorption method is used to determine organic compounds (such as COD, TOC, etc.), requiring no reagents and eliminating the need for sample digestion. It offers a wide range of parameters and can simultaneously output multiple measurements, including UVCOD, UVBOD, UVTOC, and SAC.

• Available in multiple optical path lengths—2 mm, 5 mm, and 20 mm—to meet the range and detection limit requirements of various applications. Equipped with automatic compensation for light source temperature drift, minimizing the impact of temperature on sensor measurements.

• Fast response time, with a maximum response of 10 seconds (T90).

• Employs an advanced cold-light UVLED source, offering long service life and minimal drift. Utilizes a filter‑based design combined with a PD receiver, requiring no consumables, ensuring extended lifespan and reduced drift.

• Equipped with a standard scraper, it effectively prevents biofouling.

• Supports up to 7-point calibration, suitable for various applications.
