System Composition
① Drainage Facilities Management System
Drainage facility management encompasses the asset management of hydraulic infrastructure—including pipeline networks, pumping stations, gates, and monitoring instruments—and involves maintaining a centralized database that records instrument and meter specifications, manufacturer details, service contact information, and other relevant data. This facilitates effective asset management by the owning department and ensures that, in the event of a facility malfunction, manufacturer contact information can be promptly accessed, thereby minimizing the impact of such failures.
② River and Lake Water Level Monitoring System
Real-time monitoring of inland water levels and reservoir levels is conducted to assess the storage capacity of rivers and lakes, providing data for flood‑control assessments.
③ Drainage Network Operation Monitoring System
Based on the urban pipeline GIS system, deploy online monitoring devices to collect data on drainage facilities, pipeline water levels, and pipeline flow rates, and conduct analysis and assessment of the network’s drainage capacity.
④ Upgrading the Pumping Station Information Management System
Unified management is implemented for lift pump stations, sewage interception pump stations, pump station equipment information, pump station operating status, and pump station electrical power data, with integrated analysis, processing, and visualization based on upstream and downstream water level monitoring data.
⑤ Video Surveillance System
By installing video surveillance at waterlogging hotspots, discharge outlets, rivers and lakes, pumping stations, and other locations, the surrounding environment can be monitored remotely, providing on-site audio‑visual data to support management decision‑making and incident response.
⑥ Intelligent Inspection and Operations & Maintenance System
The intelligent inspection and maintenance system is primarily designed for management personnel and operations‑and‑maintenance staff. It allows users to configure routine inspection and maintenance schedules, automatically assigning inspection tasks to field inspectors at the designated due dates. Additionally, in response to abnormal conditions detected by the system, it can automatically generate and dispatch inspection work orders to the maintenance team. Upon receiving an inspection task, field personnel conduct on‑site checks, capture photos of the inspection findings, and submit feedback. The system then evaluates and analyzes both the submitted feedback and the data collected by the platform.
The managing entity initiates a work order, while the operations and maintenance unit handles the order through a series of steps, including acceptance, processing, and response. The managing entity can monitor the entire process and set time limits for resolution. This approach enables streamlined workflow management of work orders, accelerates fault resolution, and ensures the efficient operation of the information management platform.
⑦ Decision Support System
By integrating historical rainfall data, meteorological information, the storage and regulation capacity of rivers and lakes, as well as the drainage capabilities of urban pipe networks and pumping stations, we conduct flood‑inundation forecasting and analysis, providing data‑driven support for the development of urban flood‑control plans and decision‑making. Furthermore, by aggregating and analyzing collected data, we enable visualized representation of urban drainage operations.
⑧ Flood Control Dispatching App
Synchronize data with the PC client to enable collaborative mobile querying and processing of PC‑side functions. Its key features include real-time monitoring, live video, early warning notifications, task management, inspection and patrol tracking, announcements and notices, and a contact directory—among other mobile‑app functionalities.
